If it fails
You have 15 calendar days from that date to repair them and may go back once, free of charge, to the same centre to have the failed items checked again. The second visit also includes a full check by eye.
If the motorcycle fails
The centre gives you the results form (FUR) with the defects found.

After 15 days, or if it fails again, the motorcycle needs a new full inspection, paid, at any centre.

Riding without it
Not doing the inspection on time, or riding a motorcycle in poor condition even with a certificate, is infraction C.35: a fine of 15 daily minimum wages (SMLDV) and the motorcycle is immobilised.
Riding without SOAT is infraction D.02: a fine of 30 SMLDV and the motorcycle is immobilised.
Fines are recalculated every year; check the current amounts with SIMIT or your transit office. Agents check your documents in RUNT: you do not need to carry paper copies.

Fix it inside the 15 days
Bring the results form (FUR) to DASA MOTOS: it lists the defects found. Send the request from the self-check with the faults marked, and choose a day well before the 15 days end.
